Jenelle Evans has defended her new boyfriend David Eason’s criminal record, as she has a lengthy rap sheet of her own. But will the Teen Mom 2 star be able to look past his arrest for assaulting a female?
Court documents obtained by RadarOnline reveal that the 27-year-old was arrested for assaulting a female on April 19, 2014.
“The Defended did assault redacted, a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, ‘I will kill you b—ch,” the document reads. Police took him in on May 12, which was a month after a warrant was out for his arrest.
David was found not guilty during his July 24 court date.

The single father’s rap sheet includes obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of drug paraphernalia, breaking and entering, larceny and damaging property.

Jenelle came to her boyfriend’s defense after his criminal past was made public. “We all have a past and have gotten in trouble before,” she told RumorFix. “He’s a great guy and wish everyone would stop judging him.”
