Jenelle Evans’ date night with boyfriend David Eason over the weekend took a dangerous turn when she was hospitalized after busting open her chin and knee following a fall.
“Jenelle was going out to dinner with her boyfriend David and friend Tori, and when she got home, everything was flooded on her street and she slipped and fell on the driveway getting out of the car,” a source revealed to RadarOnline. (WARNING: GRAPHIC PHOTOS ON NEXT SLIDE)
The insider explained that Jenelle was left with a busted knee and chin, forcing her to receive “stitches on her chin.” “The whole reason Jenelle fell and slipped was because of the bad weather and her entire street was flooded,” the source said of Hurricane Joaquin.
