According to Megan, the 27-year-old did not have to remain in custody. She explained he “was given an unsecured bond and what that means is that he did not have to ‘put up’ any money; instead, he was only required to promise to attend all of his court dates.”
Lt. Brewer confirmed that Nathan is “out and about” and “that in custody time was probably about three minutes.”
It was previously reported that a warrant was issued for Nathan’s arrest on January 24th. Jenelle returned home from a trip in Miami to find her car and about $1,000 worth of her belongings missing.

According to his lawyer, Nathan is set to appear in court on March 7th.
