After Jenelle filed larceny charges against him at the end of January, Nathan finally turned himself in on February 3rd, after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
RadarOnline.com exclusively learned from a source that if Nathan is found guilty “he’s facing up to 45 days in jail.”

The source explained, “But the reality of the situation, if that's all, he's not going to go jail. They will most likely put him on probation if he is found guilty."
After a trip in Miami with her boyfriend David Eason, Jenelle returned home to find her car and belongings inside missing and pressed charges against her baby-daddy.
