If you're wondering why Jenelle Evans has looked so happy lately, it's not just because she's spending a ton of time with her sons. The Teen Mom 2 star revealed that she lost weight recently—and spilled the secrets to her new bod!
Jenelle tweeted that she lost 7 lbs in one month, weighing in now at 108, which is great for someone as petite as 5-foot-1 Jenelle. But aside from working out, Jenelle revealed the other secrets to her slimdown.
"I don't drink protein shakes," Jenelle replied to a fan who asked how she did it. "Low carb diet, only water to drink, chicken/steak, veggies, cardio, and home workouts. Shredz supplements , Niacin, Biotin," Jenelle tweeted. And she looks great!
Jenelle gave birth to her and Nathan Griffith's son Kaiser last June, and she was back in a bikini almost immediately. Then in January, she shared bikini shots from her and Nathan's St. Thomas vacation which further proved that she lost the baby weight pretty quickly.
Aside from getting her health on track—honestly, we're sure no longer drinking and doing drugs has helped her shed the pounds, too—Jenelle is focusing on school right now as she finishes up her degree in medical assisting. She's also putting her all into her two sons, Jace and Kaiser, as she tries to regain custody of Jace from her mother, Barbara.

As for Jenelle's relationship? She and Nathan are still together but "haven't spoken" since his arrest earlier this month. But since her health is looking up, maybe her engagement is next?!
