Jennifer Lawrence has been looking hotter than ever and it’s all thanks to her new lifestyle with more working out than reality TV-watching.

A source told OKMagazine.com exclusively that J.Law is in the best shape of her life thanks to a new routine that is loosely based on her old Hunger Games diet, but this time, it’s Jennifer calling the shots.

“Jen is targeting her waistline and she’s dropped a dress size in less than a month,” the source said.

The source said she’s been “diligently working out” with a routine that includes: skipping, running, yoga and cycling, along with a “rigorous circuit of bodyweight squats, crunches and push-ups.”

But the secret to her flat tummy? Good old-fashioned crunches, and lots of them!
