The 19 Kids And Counting stars teased their family could expand to four in their special baby announcement on the April 21 episode of the TLC series.
"We are so excited to announce that we are expecting a baby," 22-year-old Jessa says in the video. But that’s when Ben dropped a bombshell on 19 Kids fans.
"Can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl," Seewald, 19, says. "It could be both, who knows?"

It is possible that Jessa and Ben already know they are having twins, too! The couple said they are already in their second trimester and a twin pregnancy can be learned during the first trimester.

Could they be having even more babies?! “I’m hoping I’m having triplets because I’ve been eating so much,” she joked to People.
However, Jessa said in the video that she “kind of” thinks it’s a boy, adding: "Well, we're twelve weeks along so far and the pregnancy's going great, I'm feeling good, looking forward to the second trimester, I hear now the morning sickness and all that....things are going great."
The baby is due on Jessa and Ben’s first wedding anniversary, November 1, so we’ll just have to wait and see—unless they share ultrasound photos like their siblings have done in the past!
In the baby announcement, the couple joke that “pretty soon we'll be making another little smoothie.” But then, Seewald hints again that they may have to “make more than one.” You guys!
