Jinger Duggar’s daughter Felicity is growing up fast! The Counting On star reflected about the past year with her child and how she went from crawling to running in a short time.
Jinger, 26, posted a photo on January 8 of Felicity pulling her to walk faster. “At first, crawling was her way of exploring the world. Soon, she was taking a few steps at home at a slow but steady pace,” the mom-of-one captioned the moment.
“Now, she can't get enough of taking afternoon strolls with me and daddy. I hope we can go on these strolls forever,” the Counting On star added.
Jinger’s last update about her daughter’s growth was in September 2019 and many things have changed since then. “Seeing Felicity grow and develop new skills is like watching a flower bloom. It seems like overnight that she’s gone from being fully reliant upon us for everything to mastering crawling, leaving dad & mom chasing her all over the place!” she wrote at the time.
“Felicity has taken a few solo steps in recent days, but seems to embrace a more cautious approach when it comes to her strides. I know that these days will pass quickly, and she will be running all over the place,” the Counting On star continued. “I am just so thankful to have a front row seat, watching this little one explore the world around her.”

Jinger and her husband Jeremy Vuolo have been raising their 18-month-old in California, while he attends school for his Masters in ministry.
The couple previously lived in Laredo, Texas after they got married in Arkansas. Jinger reflected on her country upbringing versus her daughter’s big city life in an episode of Counting On in November 2019. “Growing up in a small town in Arkansas was awesome. I’m just thinking Felicity is going to have a different upbringing being in L.A.” she told cameras.
Jinger’s siblings also chimed in on the topic. Jessa’s husband Ben Seewald said, “If Felicity grew up in L.A. she probably wouldn’t drive a four-wheeler.” Jessa, 27, added, “Or drive a tractor, milk a cow.” Jeremiah predicted, “I think it’s just going to be a lot of differences maybe in the culture and the atmosphere that she’ll be growing up in, but it’ll be good.”
