Even though they own a ton of property themselves, it looks like the Kardashian-Jenner clan will need to find a new vacation getaway soon as Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has just lost the rights to his sprawling Mexican estate! It is a spot that they, along with many other celebrities, have frequented over the years, and now it looks like they’ll need to make reservations elsewhere. Click through for all the details.
The home is known as Casa Aramara, which is located in Punta de Mita, Mexico. It has housed major celebrities including Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Selena Gomez just to name a few.
The Blast reported that Joe cannot make any more money off his estate because a judge has ruled that he fraudulently transferred $2,000,000 to support the property. He must pay all of that back before he can profit again.
Joe allegedly funneled $2.1 million dollars between March 2011 and February 2013 from Girls Gone Wild accounts, various people and entities in order to help build and maintain the massive property.

It was also alleged by the trustees in Joe’s bankruptcy case that he was profiting off the rental, charging $35,000 a night and keeping this information from creditors. The trustee also claimed that since Joe was marketing the property to U.S. customers – such as quoting room rates in U.S. dollars and touting the American celebs who have stayed there – that the profits were fair game. The judge agreed and now profits from the estate will go into a trust until the $2 million dollars is paid back.
The location itself is quite majestic, as the villa holds 12 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It was designed for Joe by Martyn Lawrence Bullard from Million Dollar Decorators, who happens to also be the Kardashian’s go-to interior designer.
The space was where Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her 38th birthday at this year, meaning that she will need to find another space once the big 39 comes along.
