Teresa Giudice may be behind bars – but that doesn’t mean the drama is over in the Giudice household! Police were called to Joe Giudice’s beach house on August 15 after neighbors complained of “loud arguing.”
"It was a keep and restore the peace call made over loud arguing," patrol officer Christopher Fritz told People of the fight, which was allegedly between two men. "Once everyone was calmed down, we cleared. There was no cause for arrest."
When the news first broke, it was reported that the argument was between Joe and his oldest daughter Gia, 14, because she was locked out of the house.

“Joe is upset that someone said the cops were called because he was supposedly yelling at Gia – when she wasn't even there,” the insider told the website. “She was never locked out of the house. The house was open.”
Joe only has a few more months of freedom left, as he’s set to begin his 41-month prison sentence for fraud when his wife is released from prison at the end of the year.
