From Farrah Abraham to Jenelle Evans, the girls of Teen Mom love to go under the knife! The latest franchise star to undergo plastic surgery is Kailyn Lowry, who received a tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift and liposuction of her neck. The Teen Mom 2 star didn’t keep the extensive surgery under wraps, as fans got the unfortunate treat of seeing the surgery on Snapchat!
The mother-of-two flew to Miami for the operation that was performed by Dr. Michael Salzhauer, also known as Dr. Miami. The doctor is known for snapchatting his operations – and Kail’s was no exception! (Warning: Graphic photos ahead!)
First up was the Brazilian butt lift. Dr. Miami sucked fat out of her arms and back, which was then injected into her booty. In the after photos, fans could see the 23-year-old’s super thin waist and rounder bottom. Looking good, Kail!
Up next was her neck liposuction, which Dr. Miami explained is all in the “flick of the wrist.”

He then completed the surgery with an extremely graphic tummy tuck that involved slicing up her stomach and pulling the left over skin before stitching her up.

Kail, of course, received backlash for allowing the plastic surgery to be filmed for Snapchat. But the hate isn’t getting to her! “I actually only care about the attention I get from husband,” she tweeted to Javi Marroquin.
But Dr. Miami isn’t finished giving the cast members of TM their dream bodies, as Teen Mom 3 star Briana DeJesus will undergo a breast augmentation and a labiaplasty to enhance her vagina. Stay tuned!
