Kim Kardashian experienced a second psoriasis flare up in less than one week. This time around it happened hours after she partied it up with her sister Kourtney at Paris Hilton's St. Patrick's Day bash. Read on for all the details.

She appeared to be in a much better mood the night beforehand at Paris' shindig. Other guests that attended included KarJenner family friend Larsa Pippen and The Hills: New Beginnings star Frankie Delgado.
