Kim Kardashian Shines In A Lemon Yellow Ensemble For 'Good Morning America' Appearance
Kim Kardashian brightened up the New York City streets on Wednesday, February 5, when she appeared on Good Morning America wearing a yellow ensemble. The SKIMs CEO chatted about her passion for criminal justice, her shapewear line and how being a mom influenced her decision to study law.
Kim, 39, stunned in an eye-catching yellow turtleneck sweater and matching skirt. Her skirt featured a slit and a few ruffles. She added some glam with gold sandals and several rings.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star flashed a small smile as she made her way to the GMA studio.
Kim stopped by the morning talk show to chat about her recent ventures. She opened up about how her four children: North, 6, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 8 months, swayed her decision to become a lawyer. In April 2019, Kim announced she is studying for the bar exam and would be doing a four-year apprenticeship.

"I think what drew me to Miss Alice Johnson was just knowing that, you know, a decision she made tore apart her whole family," the reality TV personality said, referencing the woman she helped free from jail in 2018. "She has so many brothers and sisters and kids and grand kids and so I really put myself in her situation thinking, well, what would I have done if I had to feed my children and knowing that a bad choice changed her whole life really made me feel for her and understand her."
Kim then updated fans on how her studying is going. "I mean it's so hard," she confessed. "I just finished year one. I'm about to take the baby bar in a few months, which is a necessity in order to continue on for the next three years in California, so it feels good having finished year one. It's very hard."
She also explained how her law studies helped her to grow her businesses, specifically her shapewear brand. SKIMs recently launched a partnership with Nordstrom's. "I read over every contract now — it's what I'm studying — and it makes a lot of sense now to me," Kim said.
"Had I gone to school when, you know, years ago when I should have, it wouldn't have meant as much as it does to me and I wouldn't have been as into it as I am because now everything that I go through — personal injury law, everything — it all makes sense to me now and I love it," the KKW Beauty founder added.
