Kim Richards is facing the harsh consequences of her April 16 arrest for public intoxication, as the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is reportedly being charged for the arrest and could face prison time.
The reality star has been charged with resisting arrest, battery on a cop and public intoxication, reports claim.
Kim could be the next Housewife to hit the slammer, as she could face up to two years in prison.
The Bravo star was arrested at the Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hills Hotel. A statement from the Beverly Hills Police Department claimed that Kim was “displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior, cursing at the officers and passively resisted arrest.”

“At some point after midnight, the bartender decided that Kim had enough to drink, and refused to serve her,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
