Kourtney Kardashian looks to be giving her ex Scott Disick no leeway when it comes to their custody arrangement following their dramatic brekaup this summer!
A source speaking to E! News has revealed that Kardashian wants primary physical custody of the duo’s three children, Mason, Penelope Scotland and Reign Aston.
The insider added that no custody-related paperwork has yet to be filed by the exes, but they do have a “casual” custody agreement in place.
And with Disick busy traveling around the world at the moment, the source said that Kardashian wanting to have their kids living physically with her each day likely won’t be an issue.

Though he is reportedly considering reconciling with his ex, sources speaking to RadarOnline.com revealed that Kardashian and Disick have been on fairly cordial terms when it comes to caring for their children.
At that time, the source said that the two were still working out the details of their custody situation. “Kourtney has granted Scott legal joint custody of their three kids together, but they are still ironing out the visitation rights situation,” the source said.
But the insider added that Kardashian wasn’t okay with Disick being able to have their little ones whenever he wanted, likely leading to her current request for primary custody! “Scott wants to be able to come and get them whenever he wants and that is not something that Kourtney is willing to budge on,” the insider said.
