La La Anthony is speaking with lawyers about the next step in her marriage to Carmelo Anthony after he was caught sunbathing on a yacht with another woman in late June. The couple are currently living apart as they figure out the future of their relationship.
"As La La and Carmelo have been living apart for quite some time, La La is proceeding with legal discussions as the next step in their relationship," La La's rep told People on Wednesday, July 3.
The rep added, "They will remain loving and committed parents to their son."
La La, 36, and Carmelo, 35, first separated in April 2017 after he reportedly fathered a daughter with a woman named Mia Burkes. They worked through their issues and reconciled in December 2018. The pair share son Kiyan, 12.

The NBA star denied being unfaithful to his wife in an Instagram video after the sunbathing photos surfaced, but she hinted at heartbreak by posting a photo of a bleeding heart on social media.
The Power actress celebrated her 36th birthday on Saturday, June 29, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, without the athlete.
Both La La and Carmelo have been quiet about their reported marital problems on social media as of late, but La La did post a sexy swimsuit photo on July 3 with the caption, "GOD. GOALS. GROWING. GLOWING."
