Things weren’t looking good for Leah Messer on the Teen Mom 2 reunion special. After completing a 30-day stint in rehab and finalizing her divorce from Jeremy Calvert, she got into an explosive fight with her ex-husband Corey Simms and his wife Miranda. Since the special was filmed back in July, how is the mother of three doing today?
“Leah is doing great, actually,” a source told Us Weekly. “She has actually grown as a person.”
The TM2 star denied drug abuse rumors all season long, blaming her prescription pain medication use on a spinal tap she received while pregnant with her 2-year-old daughter Adalynn. “Leah is not on pills right now,” the insider revealed. “She’s not on drugs. She’s doing so well.”
Although Leah seems better than ever, her relationship with Corey and Miranda hasn’t improved. “She is really hurt by this,” the insider said of her ex-husband accusing her of having a drug problem and being a bad mother. “She’s not perfect and she knows that because she’s doing so well, and she loves those kids more than anything. Leah is considering putting Gracie and Ali into therapy.”

Their long-standing feud was sparked when Corey had an affair with Leah. “Things happened that shouldn’t have happened and it was disrespectful to Miranda and I have apologized,” Leah said during the reunion special. “That’s the only time that I disrespected her.”
As for her relationship with her second ex-husband Jeremy, the exes are co-parenting Addie well. “Jeremy knows she’s a good mom,” the source spilled.
