Kelly, 25, arrived in style to board the yacht flaunting her mile long legs in a white sundress over a leopard-print bikini.
On Wednesday night, the star-studded gala included the likes of Kate Hudson, Orlando Bloom, Sylvester Stallone, Nina Dobrev, and Michelle Rodriguez.
