Scandal after scandal! After it was revealed Charlie Sheen was HIV-positive and possibly exposed it to his “goddesses,” the actor is now being sued by his ex-wife Denise Richards for threatening their children’s lives and stealing their money.
RadarOnline reported that Richards, 44, filed a lawsuit against her 50-year-old ex-husband accusing him of taking money from a trust in their daughters’ name.
The suit says Sheen received money from the sale of a Mulholland Estates mansion that was in Sam, 11, and Lola’s, 10, trust account and never replaced the funds. Richards is asking the nearly $7 million to be returned.

But Denise also claimed that Charlie once threatened to kill his kids after they wrote letters asking where he was over the holidays in 2013.
Richards claimed in the lawsuit: “I walked into the room during the call and heard Sheen screaming, calling Lola (then nine years old) a ‘f—king pig whore,’ and yelling ‘I’m going to kill you and your mom.’ I told Lola to hang up, as she was visibly shaken and upset.”

“It’s very hurtful what you said just through some texts,” Sheen’s daughter Sam wrote to him in 2014, according to the lawsuit. “And you don’t even relies sic what it does to me. How it effects me. That’s the reason I didn’t go to school today. I was so upset…I don’t want you to be a drug addict. It scares me and I don’t want anything to happen to you.”
