In the midst of the college admission scandal that Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have found themselves in, it seems like their social circle is showing their true colors. A source claims that many of the couple's friends “don’t want to be associated with them right now." Scroll through for all the details.
As OK! readers know, news broke on March 12 that Lori, 50, and Mossimo, 55, were among 50 people — including actress Felicity Huffman — who allegedly played a part in a large scheme where parents paid millions of dollars to fake their children’s SAT scores and create bogus sports scholarships.
The parents allegedly “agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters (Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose) designated as recruits to the USC (University of Southern California) crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew — thereby facilitating their admission to USC,” according to the indictment.
Just a few days after the scandal broke news, Lori was cut from her Hallmark show Garage Sale Mysteries on March 14. On the same day, Sephora ended their relationship with the Full House alum's youngest daughter, Olivia, 19, who is a successful YouTuber that created a face palette with the brand.

It seems like business ventures aren't the only thing they are losing though. "Lori and Mossimo are finding out quickly who their real friends are,” a source told People. “Many of their friends don’t want to be associated with them right now,” the insider continued. “Their friends are shocked at the allegations.”
That being said, one friend of the couple that is standing by them is Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, who spoke of the scandal on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “We know a lot of people in that circle and it was really shocking,” she told the host on March 12. "They are really great people."
“I’m really so confused about all of this. Everyone is talking about it today, in our world and our circle. Until today, I had never heard this ever existed," the star said after mentioning how close her daughter, Sophia, 19, is with Lori's children.
