Luann de Lesseps confirmed there's a new cast member on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of New York City during an interview on SiriusXM’s The Michelle Collins Show on Monday, August 19.
The radio host brought up the reports that Ramona Singer wanted Luann's ex-husband Tom D'Agostino's former girlfriend Missy Pool cast on the show.
"I don't think that's gonna happen. I think they already cast somebody else. I can't tell you who but I think they did," Luann, 54, said.
When pressed for details on the new cast member, the cabaret star stayed tight lipped. "I don't know much about this person," she claimed.

Newbie Barbara Kavovit hinted that she's leaving her spot on the hit Bravo show after a fan asked if she would be returning. "Don't think so love," she wrote on Instagram on Sunday, August 18.
Anthony Scaramucci's wife Deidre recently revealed that she was rejected by producers after a string of interviews.
"They decided not to offer me the job, but I wouldn’t have taken the job anyway once I thought about it. I’d have no say over how it’s edited or what gets put out there ... I didn’t want to double down on any negative press," she told The New York Post.
