Thomas Markle, aka Megan Markle’s dad, addressed his daughter’s behavior amid the recent reports that she’s feuding with her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton. There have also been reports that she’s difficult to work for after two of her aides allegedly quit working for her. Her dad says he doesn’t know where the reported behavior comes from.
Thomas shared his thoughts on Meghan. He reportedly said, “I don’t recognize this person.”
The 74-year-old continued, “The Meghan I know was always sweet, kind, generous. She was always demanding, but never rude.”
Thomas, who was a lighting director on TV shows like Married With Children, revealed that he “taught” her to have respect for others. “Meghan grew up on set. I taught her to have respect for the crew. They can make you look good or awful.”

But he’s quick to point out he hasn’t spoken to his daughter since she married Prince Harry in May. He said, “I don’t pretend to know what she’s like now.”
Thomas’ interview comes after Kensington Palace denied the reports about Meghan and Kate’s alleged feud earlier this month. They did not comment on the report that Kate cried at Princess Charlotte’s dress fitting for Meghan and Harry’s wedding.
Despite him not seeing her, Thomas' comments about Meghan being nice are echoed by what her pal, Serena Williams recently revealed to People. Serena shared she told the duchess to "stop being so nice."
