The 31-year-old, who was 112 pounds before she got pregnant, only gained 25 pounds because she maintained an active lifestyle throughout her pregnancy.
“Mila looked after herself but she didn’t count calories or stress over weight gain,” a source told OK! Magazine. “She allowed herself to indulge in Mexican food, burgers, or any other cravings when she had them.”
For her workouts, Mila engaged in low-impact exercises like spinning and prenatal yoga a few times a week during her pregnancy but it was after when she eased back into working up a serious sweat.
“Mila hasn’t hired a nanny, so she doesn’t have a lot of time to herself,” the source said. “She’s a huge fan of yoga and even though she can’t get to the studio right now, she’ll practice 30 minutes to an hour every morning while Wyatt is napping.”

The source added that “carrying Wyatt is enough to sculpt her arms” and Mila is “pushing herself by gradually upping the gradients during her 45-minute power walks.”
As for her diet, the new mom has cut back on carbs and keeps the fridge stocked with fish, chicken and plenty of vegetables for healthy homemade meals.
Plus, she’s got her hubby Ashton, who in addition to putting a treadmill in their home, has given her the encouragement she needs. Aww!

“Ashton is in awe of how she’s handling motherhood and managing to look this good, so he makes sure she knows it,” the insider said. “His support has been a real boost for Mila.”
