Miley Cyrus Brings 'Genderless' Date, Shows Off Hairy Armpits At 2015 amfAR Inspiration Gala

Miley Cyrus was dressed for Valentine's Day at last night's amFAR Inspiration Gala, an annual event in NYC that honors the LGBTQ community and supports AIDS research. But it wasn't just her daring dress that caught everyone's attention!

Miley, who along with Bravo's Andy Cohen was one of the night's two honorees, made quite the statement with both her attire and her date.

Walking arm-in-arm with Miley on the red carpet was Tyler Ford, a writer who identifies as "genderless." Tyler also competed on The Glee Project and is a close friend of Ariana Grande's.

But date aside, check out Miley's armpits! The singer has made hairy underarms relatively more mainstream in recent weeks, and she showed off the fuzzy trend while waving to onlookers on the red carpet.

And also there to show their support were Miley's parents, Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus, who look anything but separated to us! Tish looked quite sexy in a revealing cut-out black dress.

The Anderson Cooper-hosted event also featured a runway show, entertainment, and an auction, with all proceeds going towards AIDS research.
