Miranda Lambert still loves performing her sad breakup songs even though she’s in marital bliss! The country singer assured fans during a concert in Atlantic City on August 31 that she no longer has a reason to be sad thanks to her husband Brendan McLoughlin.
Miranda, 35, performed a slow version of one of her most heartbreaking songs “Tin Man.” The song is from her album The Weight of These Wings that came out shortly after her 2015 divorce from Blake Shelton.
“Lucky for me, I’m not in a sad time anymore in my life, thank you to my sweet husband — from Staten Island, by the way," she told the concertgoers before she sang the breakup ballad.
“So even though I’m not sad anymore thanks to Brendan my husband, I still love a sad country song with all my heart, so I’m going to sing a sad one if you want to get sad with me,” she added.

Brendan, 27, stood off in the wings of the stage as his wife performed.
The couple privately tied the knot in January only two months after they met in New York City.
Between her split from Blake, 43, and her marriage to Brendan she dated musicians Anderson East and Evan Felker.
