Prince Harry is splurging on his newborn nephew! According to The Sun, the royal redhead spent nearly $10,000 on Prince Louis’ christening gift, a first edition Winnie the Pooh book!
A friend of the royal told The Sun that Harry bought the gift with his late mother, Princess Diana, in mind.
"She loved all the old classics and Harry had the brilliant idea of starting a little library of first editions for Louis, Charlotte, and George,” the source told the newspaper.
“He originally wanted to get Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass, which was on sale for £24,000, but decided Winnie the Pooh would be more suitable for a first time,” the insider explained.
