PHOTOS'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Star NeNe Leakes Slams Cynthia Bailey's Claims That She Tried To Broker A Truce Between Her & Kenya Moore

Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes denied Cynthia Bailey's claims that she tried to broker a truce between her and Kenya Moore on Thursday, October 31. In a recent interview, Cynthia alleged that she did her best to end the feud between NeNe and Kenya, but the Glee alum said that simply wasn't true.
"Cynthia has never tried to get me and Kenya back to together. She’s always tried to get Kenya back with other people, but where I was concerned, she’s never tried to get us together. For whatever reason, I don’t know why that is," NeNe, 51, told Us Weekly.
Cynthia's version of events was slightly different. "I tried. I tried. You’ll see in the season. I tried to connect those two, and let’s just say it was not a love connect. And I am out of the matchmaking business. I’m done," the model told the outlet.
As OK! readers know, NeNe and Kenya have had multiple blowout fights while filming season 12. Despite their differences, NeNe thinks that Kenya being on RHOA is beneficial for ratings. "I think Kenya’s great for the show. So I didn’t feel any kind of way other than, look, I’m here on the show. I’ve been on the show for many years and I want the show to stay around for the next 10 or 15 years," she explained.

NeNe doesn't have very many costars in her corner these days, but she maintained that she doesn't need any allies.
"I’m a strong woman and I can stand alone and I can fight all my battles by myself. I don’t need anyone to have my back, I got my back by myself. But Marlo Hampton is definitely a cool person with me. I feel like she will have my back when she needs to have my back. When every one of these girls around me know that I’m a strong person and I don’t need anybody to have my back. And yeah, I don’t need anybody to have my back, I’m good. But I’m happy to film with Kandi Burruss, Marlo. … I was happy to film with Tanya Sam and I was happy to film with Eva Marcille," she said.
NeNe's bad blood with Kenya is just one of many storylines this season. Kandi and her husband Todd Tucker are expecting a baby via surrogate, Porsha Williams and fiancé Dennis McKinley are trying for baby #2, and Cynthia is planning her wedding to fiancé Mike Hill. The demise of Kenya's marriage to estranged husband Marc Daly will also be featured.
