Joe Giudice is looking better than ever in the latest video his daughter Gia shared of him! The Real Housewives of New Jersey star worked hard while locked in prison to get into better shape and reportedly lost 45 pounds. Now that he’s out, Joe, 47, has been practicing his karate skills, and even learned how to do splits! The video of shirtless Juicy Joe demonstrated how his hard work paid off.
Gia, 18 took to Instagram on October 16 to share clips of her dad’s karate skills as he worked out in a dojo in Italy. “I'm going to come back and we're going to fight,” the father-of-four told Gia in the video. “'We come back stronger than before. The fight is just starting,” the Rutgers freshman captioned the videos.
“Gotta fight your way back,” the Italian native also said in the clip. “Never give up.” Joe kicked and punched around the dojo shirtless as he showed off his physique and skills. In another video, Joe practiced punching and kicking with his instructor. Viewers can hear him grunting and breathing hard as he puts in the work. Now, Joe is also limber and flexible enough to do a split.
Gia also shared pictures of Joe on the plane as she FaceTimed him, along with a couple Instagram updates of her dad looking happy and healthy in his homeland.
According to RadarOnline.com, while Joe was in prison, he lost 45 pounds, and focused his attention on improving his body and mind. “Joe works out up to five days a week,” a prison source revealed to Radar. Another insider claimed that fitness was his “only stress reliever” and had no choice but to cut down on his caloric intake due to the practically “inedible food options.” Joe also quit alcohol, which contributed to his weight loss and toned physique.
