Robin Thicke & Paula Patton FINALLY End Their Long Custody Battle
It’s FINALLY over! Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have officially ended their long custody battle over their 7-year-old son, Julian.
According to reports, Julian will split his time between Robin and Paula, spending Monday through Wednesday with his dad and Wednesday through Friday with his mom. The two will also alternate weekends and share Julian’s expenses, including tuition for private school. The former couple, who have been at each other's throats for months, also hammered out a vacation and holiday schedule.
It’s been anything but an easy road getting to this point as both Robin and Paula have engaged in seemingly more mudslinging than negotiating over the last eight months of their custody battle.
Back in January, the actress filed and was granted a restraining order against the singer after allegations of child and domestic abuse. However, after the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Service investigated Robin, he was cleared of all charges.

Then in February, Paula’s team called 911 at Julian’s alleged request during what was supposed to be a scheduled pick up between the exes and their court-appointed monitor. Things allegedly went sour after Julian said he didn’t want to go with his father who Paula’s team also alleged was in direct violation of the restraining order, Paula filed against him, even being at the drop-off site.
The Mission Impossible actress also accused the Blurred Lines singer of wining and dining the social worker assigned to their case.
Paula filed for divorce from the singer in 2014 after eight years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
Robin recently revealed that he is expecting his second child with his girlfriend, April Love Geary.
