History is repeating itself! After Scott Disick went to rehab and vowed to be a good father to his children, the reality star has hit rock bottom again on a partying bender.
A source told E! News that Kourtney Kardashian’s ex boyfriend, 32, “has fallen off the wagon” in New York City "going out every night and drinking again” and “partying hard.”
"Scott is still in New York, and he's a mess again," a source told E! News. "From the minute he touched down, he's been a trainwreck..After a few months of being on his best behavior, he cracked."
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was seen partying until 5AM on Feb. 16 with a mystery blonde and insiders told E! that his new friends are not being considerate of his needs.
"None of these people give a damn if he's healthy or not," the source said. "They just want to party. Scott's back to spiraling."

And though he’s been drunk dialing Kourtney to win her back, she is “not impressed” with his behavior.
