Mercedes 'MJ' Javid Reveals She's Unable To Have Any More Kids In Emotional Post

Just four months after welcoming her first child, Shams Francis Feight, Mercedes "MJ" Javid revealed that she can't carry any more children. The Shahs of Sunset star confessed the emotional news in a candid social media post on Monday, July 8.

MJ, 46, shared a gorgeous maternity shoot she shot with photographer Shannon Laurine. The black and white photo had the reality star lying naked on a white sheet as she covered her breasts and had her baby bump on full display.

She captioned the snap, "Since I can never carry a baby again, I’m extremely grateful to those who made sure I had this shoot, and keep this memory forever."

"My body is still healing from pregnancy, my heart is fragile and vulnerable. I wish I had the compassion I have now, as a new mom, all of my life," she continued.

The Bravo star added, "But now I am learning to have a deeper appreciation about why growth in life is such an important gift. I want to be better, and stronger. Lately, most days are a challenge."

Mercedes gave birth to Shams on April 17 with her husband Tommy Feight by her side. Shortly after the delivery, she was placed in the ICU due to blood loss and had significant amounts of fluids lodged in her lungs after her C-section.

Tommy shared a health update following the birth. "My wife had a ton of complications she was in surgery for, like, five hours...The night my son was born was the worst night of my life,” he admitted on Instagram. "She still hasn’t held her baby yet, but that should probably happen later today...Everything’s great. I’m the happiest guy on Earth."

MJ suffered from fertility issues on the road to motherhood but successfully underwent IVF.
