Don’t mess with Sonja Morgan! On this week’s episode of Real Housewives of New York, Sonja finally defended herself against the claims her co-stars have been making all season long: that she has a drinking problem. But standing up for herself turned into a blowout, as she fought with Bethenny Frankel for calling her an alcoholic!
It all started when Sonja turned to Dorinda Medley for advice when Bethenny tried to get her to admit that she has a drinking problem the night before. “Stand up and say, ‘Stop it! I want you not to be interested in me,’” Dorinda advised her friend. “They like it when you get really drunk and sloppy. They love it because these people aren’t looking after you.”
After chatting with Dorinda, Ramona Singer confessed about a conversation she had with Bethenny the night before. “You and Bethenny were having words and it all started because they think you have a major drinking problem,” Ramona said. “Bethenny thinks you’re an alcoholic.”
That’s when Sonja took Dorinda’s advice too far! “Ramona got the feeling from you the other night that you think I might have a drinking problem,” Sonja told Bethenny, as she responded, “You do some things you would not do if you were not drinking. Every single person has said you have literally gone after their guy.” The accusation made Sonja fire back, “I’ve never been with someone’s boyfriend. I’ve never been with someone’s husband. So you could just take that theory and cram it!”
LuAnn de Lesseps joined the fight as backup for Bethenny, explaining that Sonja needs someone to take her home after drunken nights out. “LuAnn needed someone to get her home the other night too,” Sonja responded. “So why are you all in my sh*t? Get out of my sh*t!”

As the women continued to give examples, Sonja fired, “I’m pissed because you all think that I’m so f*cking nice that you can talk behind my back. Do it when I’m there!”

Noticing that Sonja was on the defense, the Skinnygirl mogul told her, “I know you feel under attack.” Sonja yelled back, "I’m not under attack, I’m attacking you b*tches! I’m sick of being nice to all of you. Step away from me. Stop talking about me because I’ll start talking about you!”
When Sonja explained that she’s under emotional and financial stress, Bethenny didn’t see it as an excuse from her drinking. “You’re not the only person with stress,” she said. Sonja ended the fight with, “I think you’re really out of line. F*ck you all.”
Over the fight, Bethenny encouraged the women to stop talking about Sonja’s personal life. If they do, they must pay $100. But the pact didn’t last long, as Heather was already up to $300 only minutes after the deal!
