Thomas Ravenel’s personal problems are steadily increasing. After two women accused the Southern Charm star of sexual assault, an insider tells RadarOnline.com that Thomas’ baby mama Kathryn Dennis is hoping to use Thomas’ scandal against him to win full custody of the pair’s two children.
“Kathryn is going to court to ask a judge to give her full custody of the kids,” the source told Radar. Kathryn lost custody of the couple’s daughter Kensie, 4, and son Saint, 2, when she failed a drug test in 2016.
Kathryn is also hoping Thomas’ current situation will help her win more child support. “Right now, Kathryn pays Thomas $100 a month in child support since he has full custody. She is planning to ask for money for child support from Thomas in court since she is spending fifty percent of the time with the kids,” the insider claimed.
The pair is due in court on June 8, when Kathryn may use Thomas’ scandal against him to get what she wants. “Kathryn is considering bringing up all of the sexual assault stories about Thomas that are in the news now,” the source told Radar. “She might do that if she thinks it will help get her more time and money.”

Earlier this month, a blog post in which Ashley Perkins accused Thomas of sexually assaulting her mother Debbie Holloway Perkins during a date in December 2015 went viral. Ashley alleged Thomas turned violent when he showed Debbie around his home and assaulted her on his nanny’s bed. Ashley claims Thomas paid her mother a $200,000 settlement.
A second woman met with Charleston, SC, police for five hours on May 7, according to a report obtained by Us Weekly. The woman alleged Thomas committed a “sex offense” and “forcible rape” in January 2015. Thomas’ former nanny Dawn Ledwell later claimed she was the woman who met with police.
When asked what she thinks of the allegations against her ex, Kathryn remained mum. “Well, I’m waiting until the investigation is complete before I comment on anything. Right now my kids are my main focus,” she told Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen.
