Fired Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has obtained a temporary restraining order against estranged husband David Eason. Jenelle is concerned about her and her three children's safety in the wake of her split from David on October 31.
In her November 4 filing, Jenelle claimed that David's threats have "escalated" in the past few days. She requested the order of protection on behalf of herself and sons Jace, 10, and Kaiser, 5, and daughter Ensley, 2. "Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children's well-being," she said in court documents obtained by E! News.
The outlet reported that the MTV star compiled a list of 11 alleged incidents involving David over the past two years. She accused her estranged spouse of physical and verbal abuse, as well as destruction of property and killing their dog. The dog incident led to her firing from Teen Mom and caused her to temporarily lose custody of her children.
Jenelle announced she was calling it quits with David after two years of marriage in a lengthy Instagram post. "I’ve mostly kept off social media the past few days because I’ve been focused on making some big life decisions. I’ve lived my life on camera since I was 17 years old. And a lot of it hasn’t been pretty. But it’s been my life. Like anyone else I want what’s best for my kids and I want to be happy. With time away from Teen Mom, I’ve started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make change. I’m starting that now," she wrote.

She continued, "The kids and I have moved away from David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting in to end but I know that’s what is best for me and for my kids. Today I’ve filed papers to start that process. I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked how I am. Me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together. But you’ll hear from us again soon."
Jenelle's marriage to David was also bad for business. She was making an estimated $400,000 an episode on Teen Mom and she lost her livelihood when David became a liability and MTV fired her from the show. "She’s running out of money. It went off like a lightbulb in her head. ‘I have this husband that doesn’t work? What in the hell am I going to do?' So, she decided to end the marriage before it is too late. There is no money left and she wants to make money again," a source told RadarOnline.com.
Jenelle fled their North Carolina home with the kids, and David claimed on Tuesday, November 5 that he was going to file a missing person report. "So since Jenelle has disappeared and I have no contact with her or Ensley. I have no option but to file a missing person report," he wrote on Facebook.
