Farrah has shocked many with her leaked sex tape and line of adult sex toys. But her most jaw-dropping moment of all was when she underwent plastic surgery procedures that left her looking unrecognizable! In 2010, the Celebrity Sex Tape author dished out $5,000 for breast augmentation surgery.
Sophia’s mom told In Touch in 2012 of her rhinoplasty and chin implant (which she later removed), “I’ve hated my nose since I was 13. I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again. I feel gorgeous!”
But Farrah wasn’t done there, as she received another boob job in 2013 to increase her cup size from a C to a D-cup.

In 2014, Farrah revealed to Bethenny Frankel on her now-defunct talk show Bethenny that she’s “experimenting right now” with her lips by receiving injections.

In January, Farrah was admitted to the hospital when she suffered an allergic reaction to lip implants. She opened up about the ordeal on the mid-season finale of Botched. Since Dr. Terry Dubrow warned her to stay away from receiving another lip implant because a reaction “could happen again,” she agreed to just receive fillers.
In 2012, Jenelle received breast implants. “I’m wanting a full C cup, but not as big as Maci or Farrah,” she told RumorFix. “Just a little bigger than they are now.” Soon after the procedure, the Teen Mom 2 star turned to Twitter to shutdown future plastic surgery rumors. “Hell no I wouldn’t do any other kind of form of plastic surgery forever,” she tweeted.
Although Maci never confirmed that she received breast implants, she looked bustier after she was spotted rocking a bikini in 2011.
After setting up a fundraising page to help pay for breast implants (which she later denied), Mackenzie went under the knife in June. The Teen Mom 2 star went from an A cup to a 36B.
