Toxic Love! Teen Mom Relationship Issues In 2015

From Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra’s wedding to Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer’s engagement, love was in the air for these stars of Teen Mom. Unfortunately for their co-stars, love wasn’t on their side! Look back at all of the relationship issues of 2015. Hopefully 2016 won’t be as toxic!

Maci Bookout and her baby daddy Taylor McKinney are still going strong! But there is just one problem: He won’t completely commit! Taylor’s hesitation to propose is a major storyline on the upcoming season on Teen Mom OG. “I want to be his wife,” she said in the trailer. “Make me your wife!”

Farrah Abraham has dated a lot of Mr. Wrongs throughout the years, so fans were finally happy to see her in a healthy relationship with Simon Saran! After almost six months of dating, the duo called it quits. “I’m busy, Simon’s busy,” she told OKMagazine.com. “We are both two go-getters always on the move, which makes it really hard to have a relationship.” But it looks like they figured out their busy schedules, as they’ve reportedly begun dating again!

Amber Portwood called it quits with her 43-year-old boyfriend in January. “They had a very tumultuous relationship,” a source told Radar. The reason for their split was because Amber suspected him of cheating on her. But they clearly couldn’t live without each other for long, as they got back together one week later!

Jeremy moved on with new girlfriend Brooke Wehr, but their romance ended in heartbreak too! Brooke first hinted at trouble in paradise in August when a Twitter user asked why her boyfriend was following other women on Twitter. “Good question,” she responded.

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin’s marriage almost ended in divorce this year. After months of fighting over jealously issues on TM2, the married couple of three years drew up divorce papers. Thankfully, the parents saved their marriage before filing for divorce. Phew!

Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith were headed down the aisle after their January 6th engagement, but they split only a month later! Nathan first broke up with Jenelle over Twitter on January 29. After getting back together, Jenelle ended it on February 12. “Heather will make u happy again,” she tweeted. “Go call her like u have been all day.”

The duo reconciled, but split again in March after Nathan was arrested for domestic violence! The police report read how Nathan pinned Jenelle “against a toilet and forcibly removed an engagement ring from her finger." Jenelle was left with a cut on her pinky finger from the attack.

In April, Jenelle was the one arrested for domestic violence when a warrant was out for her arrest for attacking her ex. The case was dismissed in June, as the couple got back together.

Jenelle and Nathan broke up for a final time in August after she accused him of cheating on her with Nathan’s now-girlfriend Jessica Henry.
