Amber Portwood’s baby daddy Gary Shirley has managed to stay out of trouble since his 2011 arrest – but he may be breaking yet another law! The Teen Mom OG star was photographed with a handicap placard even though he has no known disability.
“He hopped out of his car and walked right into the store,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com of the father-of-two, who parked his Nissan Armada in a handicap spot while at the grocery store. “He looked perfectly healthy!”

Shirley was arrested in 2011 for driving with a suspended license in Indiana. As TMOG fans remember, the 300-pound reality star was taken into custody with two sets of handcuffs! “Both sets of handcuffs were checked for tightness and double locked,” the police report revealed.

Since then, Gary has stayed out of trouble, as he’s been sharing custody of his 6-year-old daughter Leah with Amber.
