Teresa Giudice is calling in an old friend to help free her husband Joe from prison, and his name is President Donald Trump! An insider tells RadarOnline.com that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is desperately trying to reach Trump in the hopes that he’ll pardon her hubby, who’s currently serving a 41-month prison sentence for fraud and could be deported back to his native Italy upon his release.

According to the insider, Teresa’s been inspired by Kim Kardashian and her recent success in getting Trump to release Alice Marie Johnson, a 63-year-old grandmother, from prison.

“Teresa doesn’t think that it’s out of the question to get the same for Joe,” the insider told the site. “Plus, Joe is a celebrity and the lady Kim got pardoned no one has ever heard of!”

Teresa thinks her history with the Prez may help her case. The Jersey girl was on Trump’s show Celebrity Apprentice in 2012. “She has been called Celebrity Apprentice folks, trying to get a contact for President Trump or his daughter Ivanka,” the source dished.

An insider recently told Radar that Joe’s chances of being deported are “as close to 100 percent as you can get.” Joe immigrated to the U.S. as an infant and never became an American citizen.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson previously confirmed to Radar that Joe is currently in “removal proceedings,” meaning the process of his deportation has already begun.
