Adrienne Bailon Shares Her Favorite Vegan Recipes After Diet Helps Her Drop Major Weight

Adrienne Bailon shared some of her favorite vegan recipes on her YouTube channel All Things Adrienne! The Real cohost credited going plant-based in February as a big reason she lost weight.
“When I first went on this journey of a vegan plant-based diet, I knew that I didn’t want it to just be a diet. I knew I wanted it to be a lifestyle,” Adrienne told fans in the video she posted on June 18.
Before she began to cook, she advised, “Organic ingredients are always the best. It might cost a little bit more but hey, health is wealth.”
Adrienne proceeded to make apple pie pancakes, cauliflower rice sushi, and sweet potato crust pizza.

All of the recipes were provided by the “Medical Medium” Anthony William. Anthony has also worked with Adrienne’s ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian’s sister Kim.
The Real cohost noted that she understands some people think going vegan might be time-consuming and “too much work." However, she assured fans, “I promise it to you. It is so worth it to create your own food at home.”
She added, “Even when you go to vegan restaurants, you don’t actually know what they’re putting in the food so there’s great confidence in what you’re eating when you’ve created it yourself and you know exactly what’s going into your meals.”
