See How Tori Spelling Is Going Overboard For What Might Be Her Family's Last Christmas Together
Jan. 28 2015, Updated 2:03 p.m. ET
This holiday season is bittersweet for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott and their four kids Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn. Could this be the last McDermott family Christmas?
As viewers of True Tori know, Tori and Dean’s marriage is crumbling before our eyes. They’re putting forth their best efforts to make it work, and it seems as though Tori is putting just as much effort into making this Christmas a special one for their family since she knows it could be their last.
“Tori knows damn well that her marriage is over, so she’s making this Christmas as memorable for her kids as possible before their world is turned upside down,” a source told OK!. “She thinks that if she focuses on gifts and parties, it will distract them from her issues with Dean.”
Tori is reportedly planning an over-the-top party where she'll turn the backyard into a winter wonderland, and is even hiring a Santa to entertain the kids!

This isn’t Tori’s first attempt at salvaging the family. Let’s not forget the 2014 McDermott family Christmas card, where the family’s smiles seem fake and forced.
The source also reveals details about True Tori’s upcoming season, which we know that Dean won’t be a part of since he quit the show. “Season 3 of True Tori will be about Tori moving forward as a mom and getting her businesses and career back on track, without Dean,” the source says.
So other than her over-the-top gestures and fake smiles, what else should we expect from the McDermott family Christmas?
