The Chicago residents tried to remain incognito by sporting a Chicago Blackhawks cap, but eyewitnesses couldn’t miss their undeniable chemistry! “The other friends moved off to let Nick and Whitney have some space together at their table. They were leaning into each other, chatting and laughing,” the insider said. “Whitney’s high-pitched laugh was hard to miss. She also made a point of lovingly stroking Nick’s knee while they talked.”

The source added that the possible couple “stayed that way for about two and a half hours before leaving together.”

Not only does the rendezvous raise questions about why and when Whitney and Chris called it quits, but it also reveals that Nick was either booted off the current season of The Bachelorette or is going behind Kaitlyn’s back! “Since his comeback, everyone’s been talking about how Nick and Kaitlyn have hit it off,” the source said. “Plus the rumors that they had actually been texting and flirting long before the show started filming.”
