What a week for Teen Mom babies! Just days after Maci Bookout announced her second pregnancy, Catelynn Lowell has given birth to her and Tyler Baltierra's second child, a daughter.

In the late morning of January 1, Catelynn, who gave birth at about 38 weeks pregnant, and Tyler, the excited dad, both tweeted that their baby was on her way. Sure, we had a false alarm that Cate was in labor a few weeks ago, but it really happened this time!

The news of the baby's birth was confirmed a few hours later on Facebook by Catelynn's father, who wrote, "Its official.. Grand baby born 01/01/15 at 15/15 3:15} she’s Beautiful!!"

As for the baby's name? We were correct in our predictions! MTV reports that the baby's name is Nova Reign (Nova's middle name is Baby Boy Disick's first name!), and she weighed in at 6 lbs, 12 oz.

Hours after her birth, Tyler tweeted again about his daughter and also shared THIS photo of Catelynn holding her at the hospital. We're dying of cuteness!
Cate and Tyler now officially have a New Year's Day baby, which is a great start to 2015. They'll also be getting married later this year, and let's not forget that the new season of Teen Mom will be premiering in just a few short weeks!
