REALITY TVWATCH: Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard Give A Pregnancy Update And Show Off Baby Dilly's Sonogram Pics
5 months and counting! We haven't gotten a pregnancy update from Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard since they revealed their baby's gender in late October, but alas, the parents-to-be are back in action. And Jill's baby bump is certainly growing!

In this new video posted to TLC.com, Jill and Derick tell us how pregnancy is going now that they're five months along, and also reveal Baby Boy Dilly's sonogram pictures! "He's sleeping like mom sleeps," Derick says as he shows off an ultrasound picture of his unborn son. Jill adds, "It's exciting! We can't wait."

The couple also said that Jill is feeling a lot better now that she's well into the second trimester. "I'm feeling good. I feel the baby kick now. I actually got to feel him move a couple times this week."
