Well, ladies and gentlemen and Nick V. haters of the world—Nick V. has made it to the hometown dates on Andi Dorfman's season of The Bachelorette. Blame it on his strategy, or his stunning good looks, or his manipulative tactics for Andi, but he's in, and the rest of the guys are not all too thrilled about it.
On last night's episode, Andi and her six remaining suitors traveled to Brussels, Belgium. The first one-on-one date was given to Marcus, who it seems like Andi has sort of forgotten about in recent weeks. The pair had a very romantic dinner, in which he divulged a lot of private info about his family and how terrible his mom is etc, and Andi seemed to appreciate his candor. There was no rose on this one-on-one date, so Marcus didn't feel that pressure, at least.
Next up was the dreaded group date. Nick made a major stink about how he was so happy that this was the last group date ever but that how he was positive that he was going to get sent to hometowns. Andi took the guys to a place in Belgium where it is forbidden to kiss—good move there, girlfriend—and then eventually ended up giving the only date rose of the trip to, you guessed it, Nick, who then was rewarded at the end of the night with more personal time with Andi. Brian's face when he saw Nick get the rose was priceless and we want to watch that moment back twelve times over.
Mind you this was after Nick bombarded Andi in her hotel room after her date with Marcus just so he could tell her how he feels about her. And since he didn't know her hotel room number, he went to the front desk pretending she was his wife and thus needed the room number! Was anyone else bothered by that?
Anyway, fast forward to the rose ceremony (Andi's second one-on-one was with Josh, if you're wondering), and the two that got sent packing were Brian and Dylan. This isn't entirely shocking, but why the heck is Nick still there? Sure, Andi likes him, but does she care at all that all the other guys despise him and think he's only there for fame? I will be mad if Nick wins the whole thing. But then again, all the girls in the house hated Nikki Ferrell on Juan Pablo's season and she ended up being his number one pick, so you really never know with this thing called reality TV.
