In honor of The Great Gatsby film's upcoming premiere on Friday May 10th, what better way to get into the spirt than mixing up a few 1920s inspired cocktails that would have gone down a treat back in the day.

Hornitos "The Aristocrat"
2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
1 part Lemon Juice
1⁄2 part Agave Nectar
1 Barspoon of Blackberry Jam
Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker, shake and double strain into a shot glass and garnish with a mint leaf. This recipe makes two shots.
West Egg Punch
Named after the town from which Gatsby hailed, this festive punch can be prepared in a big batch ahead of time. Make in a glass drink dispenser for guests to serve themselves.
1.5 oz Skinnygirl White Cherry Vodka
1 oz lemonade
2 oz sparkling water
Method: Muddle strawberry and watermelon slice. Add vodka and fill with sparkling water and add lemonade. Garnish with a watermelon slice and a strawberry.

Champagne was a Gatsby partygoer favorite. This modernized champagne cocktail is perfect for toasting with friends.
1 oz Skinnygirl White Cherry Vodka
2 oz champagne
Method: Pour champagne into flute, top with vodka and garnish with one frozen cherry.
Simple yet sophisticated like Mr. Gatsby himself
1.5 oz Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
1.5 oz fresh lime juice
Method: Shake with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass.
Celebrate like a high-spirited flapper while enjoying Aviation American Gin, along with a selection of delicious cocktail recipes:
1 ½ oz. Aviation American Gin
¾ oz. Freshly pressed lime juice
1 tsp. Simple syrup
Top with Soda water
In a Collins glass, add ice, spirits and mixers.
Top with seltzer water and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Soyer’s Gin Punch
1.5 oz. Aviation American Gin
¾ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 oz. Simple syrup
½ oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1 oz. Soda water
In a Collins glass, add ice, spirits and mixers. Stir and pour. Garnish with a lemon round.
Tuxedo Cocktail #2
1 oz. Aviation American Gin
1 oz. Dry vermouth
1 tsp. Absinthe
1 tsp. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1 Dash orange bitters
Stir all ingredients gently in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
