Peterson—who counts Halle Berry and Sofia Vergara amongst his celebrity clients—says one of the main elements of Kardashian's workout will be "sled-training", which translates to pushing a 200-pound metal sled up and down a 90-foot track.

The physically exerting exercise involves standing behind the sled with both hands on the handlebars and pushing it forward to generate as much speed as possible—tightening the gluteus and strengthening the core.

Peterson says that to help encourage his clients during the exhausting task he tells them to imagine they're taking part in a robbery or playing cat and mouse!
