Rob Kardashian is sticking up for his big sister Kim !

The 32-year-old has been ridiculed by many for choosing to name her baby North West—but Rob is firmly defending the name choice and says Kim and baby daddy, Kanye West, would have been attacked no matter what name they settled on.

“I told Kim and Kanye this: I’m like, ‘Yo, people are always going to talk whether it’s good or bad. There’s always going to be the haters, but do what you guys feel,’" Rob told Ryan Seacrest during an interview Wednesday morning.

"Like, you know everyone’s going to say, ‘Oh, you’re coming up with some weird celebrity, crazy name.’ You know how it is.

“But North West, it sounds cool! And North is the highest point, so it has a lot of meaning to it.”

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old is giving the new parents some space and plenty of time to settle in as new parents.

“When it comes to babies I like to give the person all their time with their significant other to let them enjoy their moment,” Rob said.

“I’m happy the baby is healthy and my sister is healthy.”

“I’m actually looking for like a giant animal to get North,” Rob revealed. “The baby came a month early. It’s so small, she needs a big stuffed animal.”
