She only plays an inmate on TV (and, fine, she's been arrested a few times), but Orange Is The New Black's Taryn Manning has a few words of advice for Teresa Giudice, who began her prison sentence today at the Danbury, CT prison on which the show is based.

Upon arrival at LAX after the holiday break, Taryn was asked by paparazzi if she has any words of wisdom for the Real Housewives star as she begins serving her time. "It's awful. I feel terrible," she said. "That's why it's not worth it for people that want to cause problems in your life for no reason just because of pure ego and narcissism."

Um, what does that even mean?!
