Many people stayed home (or hunkered down in local shelters) as electric companies worked around the clock to restore power, but the crew of Cake Boss carried on baking as they pushed on regardless—and OKMagazine.com has an exclusive sneak peek of the team working in the dark!

With a bunch of orders to fulfill—including fancy wedding and Bar Mitzvah cakes—and no electricity, telephones or internet access, it was no mean feat!

No power? No problem! The team managed to make a fancy wedding cake and a huge Bar Mitzvah one!

 

But the dedicated gang used all their creativity and improvisation skills (along with one measly power generator) to ensure no customer went unsatisfied, and the results were pretty impressive to say the least!
