Charlie Sheen‘s plea bargain did not reach the expected approval yesterday at his court hearing. According to TMZ, a woman who works in the Pitkin County Jail derailed the actor’s plea deal, because she refused to honor the agreement; however, her boss signed off on it.

The Pitkin County Sheriff approved Charlie’s plea bargain along with the undersheriff, the lead prosecutor and Pitkin County District Attorney Marty Beeson, TMZ reports, but the Beverly Campbell, who supervises the work release program at the jail, halted the process, disagreeing with some of the terms of the agreement.

Campbell believes Charlie should only get out between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., according to TMZ, and under the original work release deal her boss signed, Charlie was supposed to get out of jail for her service between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

And that’s not all. Campbell’s demands get even stricter as she claims Charlie has no right to eat, drink sodas, or smoke when he’s working at the Aspen Theatre.
